Please note: Adada brand items are shipped directly from their warehouse within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping costs are free at Point Relais from 100€ of purchase in mainland France, and from 200€ at home in Europe.

For orders of a lower amount:

Rest of the world :

• Depending on the weight, refer to the prices offered on the payment page.

If you choose delivery to a Relay Point, the choice of collection point is done after payment . So be careful not to leave too quickly once payment has been validated.

If you missed this step, the package will be sent to the available collection point closest to you.

How to proceed ?

2. Carefully package the item still labeled or in its original packaging, unopened, unused or washed.

3. Add a note inside the package specifying your first and last name, your order number and the subject of your request : exchange or refund.

NB : If this is an exchange, remember to specify the size and color of the item you want in return.

4. Postage the package with a tracking number preferably, then send it to the following address:

5. If all conditions are met, I will reimburse you within 7 working days following receipt of the return package.

You have a maximum of 8 days to collect your package from a Relay Point. After this period, your order is automatically returned to the sender.
